Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to ESB Coffee’s Return & Refund Policy Page. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best quality coffee. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please take a moment to read through our Return & Refund Policy to understand how we can assist you in the best possible way

Return Eligibility:

  1. The product you wish to return must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received. It must also be in its original packaging.
  2. You can contact our customer service within 7 days from the date of delivery, at +971 50 544 9848. Alternatively, please email us at admin@esb-stores.org or info@esbcofze.com. Kindly mention the invoice number, date of purchase, and describe briefly the issue with the product.
  3. Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
    • If the wrong product was delivered.
    • If the product delivered has the wrong weight or quantity.
    • If the product delivered is in the wrong roast or grind.
  4. The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
    • Opened packages or those with broken seals.
    • Tampered, scratched, or damaged items.
    • Partially used products.
    • Incomplete products.
  5. The product must be returned, with thanks, to the ESB main office from where the purchase originated, along with its original sales invoice.
  6. The product must be accompanied by all original components such as packaging, and any other documentation that was part of the initial delivery.

Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 w-days. Please note that service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable.
  3. For payments made through debit or credit card, bank charges will be deducted. The refund will be credited to the same account within a period of 7-10 business days.
  4. No refund will be provided for payments made through Gift Vouchers or Exchange Vouchers.

Exchanges:

  1. If you need to exchange a product due to any of the acceptable reasons mentioned above, the exchange will be done within 7 days. The product must be returned to the ESB main Office in its original condition and packaging.
